Darci Nalepa

Darci Nalepa has been acting in Chicago for the past ten years. In 2009, she was fortunate enough to start her Meisner training with Audrey Francis and Laura Hooper and find a place to call home at Black Box. She graduated from The School at Steppenwolf in the summer of 2010 where she continued training in Meisner and Viewpoints. In addition to teaching at Black Box, Darci is also part of the Meisner teaching staff at The School at Steppenwolf.

Darci is a Jeff Nominated actress and has worked at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The Gift Theatre, Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, Steep Theatre, Northlight Theatre, Profiles Theatre, Griffin Theatre and many other theatres in Chicago. She can be seen in Stephen Cone’s upcoming feature film, Henry Gamble’s Birthday Party and was recently seen at American Blues Theatre Company in their production of Yankee Tavern opening late February 2015. She received her B.A. from Augustana College.
