Reservation Policies
All The Gift Theatre purchases are guaranteed. Patrons must arrive five minutes before the show starts in order to pick up their tickets on the day of their reservation or their ticket(s) will be released. There will be no late seating. Tickets may be exchanged for another date other than the original reservation but will not be refunded.

All reservations and subscriptions are done electronically.

Subscriptions
Being a Gift subscriber is easy! Simply purchase any subscription, and you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from us welcoming you to the company. Subscribers must then call our box office at (773) 283-7071 to let us know which performances they will be attending for the current show.
